Please read these terms carefully. Rentovalley is an independent, unaccredited online marketplace and peer-to-peer advertising noticeboard. We do not provide legal certification, title verification, or financial guarantees.
1. Not a Government Entity or RERA Broker: Rentovalley is NOT a government body, court, registrar, or RERA-licensed brokerage (HRERA) under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. It is an independent digital advertising and discovery board.
2. No Legal Title or Ownership Verification: Listings, photos, boundaries, registry claims, and prices on this website are uploaded directly by individual users. Rentovalley has NOT verified legal title, revenue records (Fard / Jamabandi / Intakal), mortgage encumbrances, or court stays at the Jind Sub-Registrar / Tehsil office.
3. Sole User Due Diligence: All buyers, sellers, and tenants agree that any transaction, payment, agreement, or site visit is conducted entirely at their own personal risk. You must hire an independent advocate or verify records at the Jind Tehsil before paying any advance token money (Biyana).
1Nature of Platform (Unproved Community Board)
Rentovalley operates solely as an unaccredited, technology-enabled free advertising forum and community noticeboard intended for local residents of Jind, Haryana.
The platform acts exclusively as an online intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Rentovalley does not participate in, negotiate, draft, validate, or execute any lease, rent deed, sale agreement, or financial transaction.
By using this website, you acknowledge that the platform is currently in beta/development and is not legally certified, endorsed, or affiliated with any government municipality, Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP/HUDA), or the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA).
2User-Generated Content & Accuracy
All property listings, specifications (e.g. area in Gaj, Killa, Square Feet), photographs, landmark descriptions, amenities, and asking prices are provided directly by individual users (property owners or independent local brokers).
- No Independent Fact-Checking: Rentovalley does not conduct physical site audits, land surveys, soil tests, or structural safety checks.
- Accuracy Responsibility: The person posting the property assumes 100% legal responsibility for the truthfulness and legality of their listing under all applicable local civil and penal laws.
- Unauthorized Postings: Users are strictly prohibited from posting properties they do not own or are not explicitly authorized by the rightful legal owner to market.
3Platform Badges & Self-Declarations
Badges displayed on listings represent basic technical confirmations or user self-declarations, NOT legal titles:
verified"Phone Verified" Badge:
Confirms only that an automated SMS/OTP or call reached that mobile number. It does NOT verify the national identity, police record, or ownership legitimacy of the person answering the phone.
description"Registry Copy Available" Badge:
Represents solely an unverified self-claim by the lister that they possess a photocopy of title papers. Rentovalley has NOT examined, verified, or authenticated these papers against the Jind Sub-Registrar / Tehsil revenue records.
4Zero Financial, Commission, or Escrow Handling
Rentovalley does NOT collect token money, security deposits, rental advances, or commission payments between buyers and sellers:
- Never pay booking fees, QR code requests, or UPI advances online without physically inspecting the property and meeting the owner face-to-face.
- Rentovalley operators, developers, and administrators will NEVER ask you to deposit property funds into any platform bank account.
- Any commission or brokerage agreed upon between a client and an independent broker is strictly a private bilateral arrangement.
5Complete Release of Liability ("As-Is" Service)
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You expressly agree that your use of the platform is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentovalley, its creators, founders, developers, and contributors shall have ZERO liability for:
- Any fraudulent misrepresentation, false identity, or financial theft committed by any user or broker.
- Disputes arising from defective title deeds, illegal construction, encroachment, lack of municipal approvals, or family inheritance partition disputes in Haryana.
- Any loss of money, advance token loss, emotional distress, or legal expenses incurred in connection with properties found on this platform.
6Notice, Takedown & Grievance
If you are the lawful owner of any property and discover that your property or personal telephone number has been posted without your consent, please notify us immediately. We will promptly review and take down the unauthorized listing:
